From experience in this industry, we understand that construction projects can be overwhelming, time-consuming, and expensive. Our goal is to remove as many of those burdens as possible and serve as your representatives from inception through closeout. If you are a church pastor, developer, restauranteur, business owner/manager, etc. that desires to renovate, expand, or start from scratch, we can assist you. We strive to eliminate the "middleman" who simply passes your project off to other contractors while looking out for their best interests.

Warren Construction Solutions, LLC, is fully insured and can help you, as the owner, hire contractors while we serve as your Owner's Representative and/or Construction Manager. Just think of it as employing your own Project Manager that has your interests in mind. Let us represent you by managing the schedule, quality, and budget of your next project. We will be there for the critical decisions in the critical moments.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Warren Construction Solutions won't leave you behind when the project is complete. Like anything else, facilities need to be maintained and we understand it's tough to keep up with regular maintenance schedules, or deal with issues when they arise because you're busy with your day job. We want to continue to serve you by managing your facilities. We also understand that each facility is different so we will present a facilities management package that is tailored to your needs.

OUR STORY
Warren Construction Solutions, LLC was founded by Jay and Ashley Warren to serve those who wish to build but are unable to put their lives on hold to manage a construction project or facility maintenance.
The Warrens’ roots in the construction industry began in their hometown of Collinsville, Mississippi, in the early 2000s. Ashley's inspiration to own and operate a business comes from her late grandfather, Calvin Moffett, who owned and operated Moffett Construction. ​Jay's career in construction evolved from serving as a Laborer in high school, to a Project Manager and eventually, a Vice-President of Construction Operations. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Construction Management and Land Development. He also obtained an MBA from MSU, with a concentration in Project Management.
Since leaving their hometown, Jay and Ashley have had the opportunity to live all over the USA, from Washington State to the Carolinas, and manage construction projects for various public and private clients. They now reside near Tulsa, Oklahoma, and are blessed with 3 wonderful children. Aside from raising kids and serving their local church, the Warrens are passionate about serving others through their work in the construction industry.
